Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

The hands‑on heart of our therapy team. You provide direct one‑to‑one intervention with children, carrying out each individual treatment plan with fidelity, while receiving observation and direction from a Qualified Supervising Professional or a Level I provider.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field, plus 1,000 hours of experience
• RBT or BCaBA certification through the BACB
• An associate's degree plus 2,000 hours, or 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience with ASD or a related condition
• Willingness to complete required EIDBI trainings, including ASD Strategies in Action and EIDBI 101
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
