Job summary

Neurolink Academy is seeking compassionate ABA Therapists to join our EIDBI team in Minnesota. You will provide individualized ABA intervention services to children with ASD, following each client’s ITP, and collaborate with BCBAs, QSPs, and families to support development.

We encourage candidates pursuing Level I or II qualification pathways and value credentials such as RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, BCBA-D, or QBA. The role offers hourly pay and flexible hours within 20–40 per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in behavioral health or related field or pursuing relevant degree.
• BCBA/BCBA-D/QBA credentials preferred.
• RBT/BCaBA credentials encouraged.
• Experience with ASD or related conditions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized EIDBI/ABA intervention services based on each client's ITP.
• Work directly with children with ASD and related conditions.
• Implement behavioral and developmental treatment strategies.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Participate in observation, direction, and clinical supervision as required.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Assist with family and caregiver training when appropriate.
• Participate in treatment planning activities and coordinated care.
