Job summary

Milk Education is seeking dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support diverse primary school settings across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will assist teachers, deliver engaging lessons, and provide targeted support to pupils to help them reach their potential.

The role requires a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent, strong communication, patience and adaptability. DBS on Update Service preferred. Flexible hours and ongoing CPD through Milk Academy are offered.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a relevant childcare qualification.
  • Experience working with children in a school, childcare or educational setting.
  • Confidence supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting children’s development.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

About the Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
