Job summary

GALLO is hiring a Level 2 Racker & Blender onsite in Modesto, CA to support daily production, perform treatments and material additions, and ensure quality and safety across batches. You will work with technical operators and team leaders, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced cellar environment.

The role offers growth within the Cellar organization and requires flexibility for swing or grave shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and performance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Required to successfully complete assessment.
• Required to climb stairs on an occasional basis.
• Required to work in outdoor ambient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production schedules and perform treatments and material additions.
• Navigate production systems and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with operators and team leaders to communicate status and complete work orders.
