We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Westgate Mobile Home Park located at 5051 Ecstasy Circle Cocoa, FL 32926.

Job Duties:

• Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing or replacing faucets and toilets, diagnosing water leaks, and operating sewer cleanout augers
• Handle electrical tasks including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and understanding GFCIs, breakers, and fuses
• Oversee community curb appeal through trash pickup, groundskeeping, lawn mowing, planting, and weeding
• Complete home clean-outs and work orders efficiently
• Read water meters for each home
• Perform daily duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to safety laws and regulations
• Conduct inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Participate in online/virtual training classes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor, groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
• Ability to be active—walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and use technology
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle

**Specific maintenance skills will be tested for accuracy.
