About the role

We are seeking Level 2 Blade Repair Technicians to join our high-performing team. This is a full-time traveling position for experienced professionals who have a solid foundation in wind blade and composite repair. You’ll work at heights using industry-standard platforms to complete complex blade repairs, including Category 1 through 4 damages. This role also requires leadership in the field and the ability to mentor Level 1 technicians.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Category 1-4 composite wind blade repairs
• Conduct advanced tip, shell, and LE (leading edge) repairs
• Utilize vacuum bagging techniques and core material replacement
• Apply resin systems per TDS instructions for structural integrity
• Lead a team of technicians in field repair operations
• Ensure all inspections, sanding, grinding, and laminations are CTQ-compliant
• Conduct full repair lifecycle including BOD (Bottom of Damage) reach, cure, and finish
• Operate in compliance with safety protocols, using PPE and proper climbing/rescue gear

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of wind blade repair or composite repair experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in both Level 1 and Level 2 repair techniques
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to lead a team and manage repair execution in the field
• Comfortable working at heights, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions

Eligibility Requirements

• Must pass background check, MVR, physical, and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to commit to full-time travel (6 weeks on, 1 week off)

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to work at heights of 300 ft+
• Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, climb ladders, and use blade repair tools
