Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an End User Support Analyst to deliver Level 2 IT assistance for end users across multiple on-site locations in Ohio. The role focuses on diagnosing issues to minimize downtime and includes imaging, configuring, and repairing PCs and mobile devices.

You will work with email, Office applications, printers, and network-related issues while adhering to IT procedures. On-call support and collaboration with teams are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong in troubleshooting Smartphones and Tablets (Android/iOS).
• Experience troubleshooting Office apps (Outlook), IE, Lync, and Adobe apps.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting printers.
• Experience using a help desk ticketing queue.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for end users: PC hardware, software, printing, mobile devices, re-images, data recovery, email, and software installations.
• Provide hands-on IT technical support.
• Follow IT procedures and policies.
• Decommissioning and disposal of IT equipment; maintain Asset records.
• Support during relocations and projects; 7x24 on-call if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
