CompucomStaffing is seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Solon, OH. You will provide end-user support, acting as the local hands and feet for IT implementations and ongoing support.
The role requires strong Windows desktop support experience and excellent customer service. You will support Desk side and remote users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate with IT vendors during deployments.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Solon, OH to provide end-user support. This role requires strong Windows desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. The technician will act as the local "hands and feet" resource for IT implementations and ongoing support.
The rate for this position is between $20.25 - $27.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
