CompuCom Staffing is seeking a Level 2 Audio-Visual Technician to join the team onsite in Rio Rancho, NM. You will interact with clients in person and via phone, email, and IM, working in a dynamic team and cross-training to backfill peers.
The role includes maintenance, firmware updates, and coordinating with L3/L4 on large deployments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AV experience, solid knowledge of AV signal flow, and proficiency with Extron/AMX components, plus strong customer service
Our client is currently seeking a Level 2 Audio-Visual Technician to join their team onsite in Rio Rancho, NM. This Technician will have frequent interaction with clients in person and via phone, email, and IM. They will be working in a dynamic team and cross training to backfill for peer team members. The client will challenge you with additional responsibilities, assigned periodically aimed to help meet their needs and provide the technician with continuous hands‑on training and experience.
The rate for this position is between $20.21 - $26.95 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
