Our client, a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support professional to join their team. As a Level 1 Technical Support, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Level 1 Technical Support

Location: Remote (Occasional office visits in Westchester, NY-not required)

Pay Range:$57-$62K

What's the Job?

  • Provide Level 1 technical support across Windows OS (primary) and limited Mac OS environments.
  • Support business workstations, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Set up accounts and provide support for basic business applications (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft Office).
  • Handle basic networking tasks – DNS, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Work with remote monitoring and ticketing systems, currently using Autotask and migrating to ConnectWise and Data RMM.

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Familiarity with supporting multiple clients and environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills at the Level 1 tier without excessive escalation.
  • Experience with Google Workspace is highly desirable.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a start-up-like culture.
