About This Pharmaceutical Role

As a full-time Level 1 Pharmacy Technician, you work under the direction of our pharmacist to accurately prepare medications and fulfill patients' orders. Precision is key as you help the pharmacist measure, count, label, and record medication dosages while complying with all medical regulations. As orders come in, you select the appropriate medications and packages, fill and pull unit dose cards, and count meds to match the quantity label.

You comply with Tetris packaging standards and ensure all dates are accurate. Highly organized, you place medications in the correct bags, label various items, and clean and maintain your work area. You step in to assist your team wherever needed, closely following instructions and doing whatever you can to optimize our processes and support patient well-being!

What We're Looking For
  • Michigan pharmacy technician license OR eligibility for the program
  • Knowledge about medical terminology
  • Ability to comply with company policies, patient protocols, governmental regulations, and the code of conduct
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Ability to complete annual online education requirements by the designated completion date
  • Honest and trustworthy spirit
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic computer proficiency with an ability to use pharmacy software and general office equipment
  • Attention to detail, mathematical skills, and thoroughness
  • High school diploma or equivalent
