Job summary

E-Space, based in Saratoga, CA, is advancing space-based IoT connectivity and radar systems for LEO platforms. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end RF design, calibration, and performance characterization across the signal chain, from waveform to on-board processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in electrical engineering.
• 6+ years of RF/microwave system engineering experience.
• Experience with RF budgets, phased arrays, receivers/transmitters, converters, calibration, and laboratory measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF requirements and budgets for gain, noise, dynamic range, linearity, phase, timing, spurious response, and interference.
• Model and analyze antenna-to-digitizer and transmit/receive signal-chain performance.
• Define calibration, monitoring, built-in-test, and fault-isolation approaches.
• Coordinate with array hardware, FPGA, embedded, signal processing, mechanical, power, thermal, and test teams.
• Support component selection, supplier reviews, lab characterization, design reviews, and anomaly resolution.
