Job summary

E-Space Inc. in Saratoga, California, is seeking a senior radar/signal-processing engineer to design and deploy next-generation LEO satellite radar systems. You will translate algorithms into real-time implementations, optimize processing across GPU/FPGA/embedded resources, and verify performance with tests.

Qualifications include a heavy emphasis on DSP, MATLAB/Python/C/C++, and a U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret or higher).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering, applied mathematics, physics, or related field.
• 5+ years radar/sonar, communications, or high-rate signal-processing experience.
• Strong DSP fundamentals and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, CUDA, or comparable tools.
• Experience translating algorithms into real-time implementations and objective tests.
• Security clearance: U.S. citizenship is required; ability to obtain/maintain clearance at Secret level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms for channel processing, beamforming, detection, estimation, calibration, interference mitigation.
• Create performance models, simulations, reference implementations, and test vectors.
• Allocate processing across GPU, FPGA, embedded, and software resources.
• Characterize latency, throughput, numerical precision, resource use, and failure behavior.
• Support prototype demonstrations, requirements verification, software development, and I&T.
