Immix Biopharma, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Scientist II specializing in lentiviral vector expertise for in vivo cell therapy. You will develop and produce lentiviral vectors for gene transfer in research and pre-clinical studies.

The role requires hands-on cloning and viral vector construction and design of novel vectors. A Master’s degree or PhD is preferred, with 2–3 years of molecular biology experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of molecular biology techniques related to cloning and viral vector construction.
• In vivo lentiviral CAR-T construction experience.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce lentiviral vectors for gene transfer in research experiments and pre-clinical studies.
• Design and manufacture novel vectors and purified retrovirus and lentivirus.
• Apply standard molecular biology cloning techniques.
