You will troubleshoot and optimize experimental conditions in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates hold an MS or PhD in Cell Biology or related field with 3+ years of relevant lab or industry experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ex vivo CAR-T engineering using lentiviral vectors.
• Experience with automation, viral vector purification, DOE, or viral vector analytics.
• Ability to troubleshoot experiments independently and optimize conditions.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture, transfection, and viral vector generation.
