Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks an Associate Technician (AR) to prepare, clean, and rack lenses for processing through wash and coating lines. You will ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, accuracy with attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting on site in Omaha. Training and career growth opportunities are provided within a global eyewear leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to multi-task, orient to detail, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare lenses for coating and processing according to coating type and date.
• Rack lenses onto appropriate tooling and organize by envelope instructions.
• Process lenses through cleaning and/or coating machines and verify quality.
• Perform regular upkeep of wash lines, coating lines, ovens and related equipment.
