Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume administrative role handling complex tasks.
• Experience with loan file management and underwriting coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to lending/underwriting.
• Assist with loan file preparation, submissions, and records.
• Perform reporting, due diligence, tracking, and follow-up on loans.
• Ensure information accuracy and resolve discrepancies per procedures.
