Job summary

Community First Credit Union seeks an Application Support Analyst to be the technical SME for Lending Systems, working with IT and business teams to optimize functionality and user experience. You will install, upgrade, and configure applications to meet support needs while contributing to disaster recovery and security initiatives.

This role requires 3+ years in IT support, familiarity with MS systems, networking, and high-availability solutions.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
3+ years of IT experience supporting applications and resolving issues.
Experience implementing, integrating, and supporting secure, high-availability applications.
Experience working with business users, vendors, and IT teams to deliver technology solutions.
Familiarity with financial services applications and Microsoft systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Lending Systems.
Collaborate with staff across departments to optimize functionality and user experience.
Install, upgrade, and configure applications to meet IT support needs.
Support disaster recovery planning and ensure systems are available and secure.
Coordinate change management with IT teams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation for support and training.
Work with IT leadership to configure application settings and integrations.
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and reliable per regulatory standards.
Assist with IT support including online banking inquiries.
