Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Associate to support consumer loan and mortgage servicing functions. You will work with branches, members, and external vendors to address payments, settlements, liens, and claims while upholding Advia's core values of integrity and service excellence.

You should have 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year up to 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CFPB, NCUA regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan and mortgage servicing support to branches and members.
• Maintain knowledge of lending products and related procedures.
• Assist with lien releases, refunds, claims and settlements across channels.
• Deliver courteous, accurate service through the Lending Support Help Desk.
