Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in similar or related roles.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interpersonal skills include trust, credibility and diplomacy.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Provide aid to branches and staff on loan questions, payment reversals, and claims.
• Review and update procedures related to lending products and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer loan and ancillary products and coordinate with vendors/insurers.
• Provide service via Lending Support Help Desk and respond to member requests.
• Handle servicing tasks: payments, returns, lien placements, skip-pay, fee waivers.
• Comply with laws and regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC.
