Partner with closing and servicing teams for accurate loan processing.
Ensure accurate loan funding and ongoing activities are recorded.
Review loan documentation prior to closing.
Communicate with Lenders regarding issues or delays.
Job description
Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders from deal approval through closing, and throughout the life-of-loan servicing and monitoring cycle.
Manage the deal pipeline in partnership with Relationship Managers, leading coordination with downstream internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient closings.
Coordinate, review, and facilitate closing documentation with legal counsel or internal document preparation teams, ensuring alignment with due diligence, application processing, insurance requirements, operational feasibility, execution mechanics, and regulatory standards.
Support transaction execution and end-to-end process flow, proactively escalating issues and designing solutions to ensure risks are mitigated through appropriate controls and protections.
Order and assemble required documentation to complete loan files and prepare supplemental documentation as needed.
Partner with loan closing and servicing teams to ensure accurate loan booking, accrual reconciliation, and daily cash position reporting.
Ensure initial loan funding (including draws at closing) and ongoing life-of-loan activities—such as payments, draws, and payoffs—are accurately processed and recorded.
Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to closing and independently close loans when required.
Communicate proactively with Lenders regarding issues, exceptions, or delays identified prior to closing.
