Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for stakeholders during the life-of-loan cycle.
• Manage the deal pipeline in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Facilitate closing documentation with legal counsel or internal teams.
• Support transaction execution while mitigating risks.
• Order and assemble required documentation for loan files.
• Partner with closing and servicing teams for accurate loan processing.
• Ensure accurate loan funding and ongoing activities are recorded.
• Review loan documentation prior to closing.
• Communicate with Lenders regarding issues or delays.
