Job summary

Integra Software Systems (dba Integra Loan Tech) in Brentwood, TN seeks a seasoned banking lender expert to present Epic to banks and credit unions. You will diagnose regulatory questions, configure loan-process rules, and partner with implementation teams to solve real client problems.

There will be a quarter of your time in prospect-facing demos and the rest applying deep product and compliance expertise to client issues, including HMDA, TRID, and Reg Z questions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bank/credit union lending (lender, loan ops, compliance, or LOS implementation/product).
• Hands-on LOS configuration experience, not just usage.
• Comfort presenting to bank executives, including unexpected questions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrations (~25%) — Deliver Epic LOS/POS demos to prospective banks and credit unions; tailor each to lending channels and state requirements.
• Own the demo environment — Maintain the Sales environment as Epic's reference implementation and reproduce client issues.
• Serve as product/compliance authority — Research CFPB, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac for defensible answers; support exams and audits.
• Translate needs into requirements — Write clear, field-level specs for enhancements and defects; deliver release notes webinar.
