Job summary

Guidance Residential, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support and extend our mortgage loan origination platform (Integra EPIC LOS). This onsite role in Reston, VA or the DFW area involves leading project work, designing configurations, and building integrations with internal and external systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Integra EPIC LOS, strong SQL skills, and experience in data analytics using Python or R.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Integra EPIC LOS configuration, business rules and workflows.
• Strong SQL (MS SQL Server) queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
• Experience with data analytics and automation using Python or R.
• Proficiency in C# / .NET for services, plug-ins, and middleware.
• Familiarity with source control and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain the Integra EPIC LOS functionality and extensions.
• Lead projects: gather requirements, scope, size, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain data integrations with internal and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal) to monitor pipeline, production and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; ensure secure handling of PII/NPI.
