Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and coordinate loan workouts, collections, and compliance.
• Coach Servicing Specialists to handle debt collection and client support.
• Develop strategies to minimize non-performing loans and maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on settlements and judgments.
• Generate reports and present portfolio performance insights.
