Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Web Loan Officer to manage and process loan inquiries from the Consumer Web Application workflow. You will identify members’ credit needs, deliver exceptional member experience, and advise on cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and fraud prevention.

You will build relationships by promoting financial products, handling inquiries via phone, SMS, or email, and processing web applications with attention to accuracy and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience and at least 1 year of consumer lending experience with a thorough working knowledge of related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong member relationships by providing high-quality sales and service and recommending appropriate financial products.
• Promotes and sells financial products and refers cross-sell opportunities for related loan products.
• Processes member consumer web applications accurately and timely, including loan funding and documentation.
