Job summary

United Fidelity Bank is seeking a Credit System and QA Specialist to assist with projects across Credit and Lending teams. You will support the commercial loan operations system, act as a backup to the Officer, Credit System and Process Administrator, and help develop reports and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or business administration.
• Experience with lending operations, controls, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools; familiarity with lending systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial loan operations system and act as backup to the Credit System and Process Administrator.
• Develop system reports and user documentation; assist with testing and feature rollouts.
• Drive process improvements with the credit and lending leadership team; redesign workflows if needed.
• Train users on new processes and provide ongoing support; escalate issues as required.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and Bank Secrecy Act guidelines.
