Job summary

Simmons First National Corporation is seeking a Lending Program Manager to oversee end-to-end lending processes, identify business problems, and drive improvements across lending products. You will partner with Lending Operations, Information Systems, Risk, Product Managers, and leaders to translate needs into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
8 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project management, lending systems management, or related field.
Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable requirements.
Strong knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements for model risk management.

Responsibilities

Act as the business owner for lending process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of process improvement opportunities.
Maintain a portfolio of initiatives, enhancements, and automation opportunities.
Partner with Lending Operations, IT, Risk, Product Managers, and Business Leaders.
Lead implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness activities.
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in speed, quality, and customer experience.
Ensure delivered solutions achieve expected outcomes and value realization.
