Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in consumer lending, product management, portfolio management, pricing, analytics, or related banking disciplines.
• Experience in Home Equity, mortgage, consumer credit, or secured lending preferred.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and performance reporting preferred.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Home Equity lending portfolio and lead product strategy.
• Develop strategies supporting growth, profitability, and relationship deepening.
• Manage full lifecycle of Home Equity products from development to retirement.
• Identify market gaps and opportunities in home-secured lending.
• Lead pricing analysis and recommendations for Home Equity products.
• Monitor portfolio health, profitability, and customer engagement metrics.
