Job summary

Simmons Bank is hiring a Lending Program Manager to oversee end-to-end lending processes across assigned products. You will identify business problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver effective solutions while managing a portfolio of initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Lending Operations, Risk, Technology, and Product teams to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and ensure benefits realization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 8 years of experience in process improvement, project management, lending systems, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as business owner for lending process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Lending Operations, Lending Information Systems, Product Managers, Risk, Technology, and Leaders.
• Translate business problems into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in speed, quality, and customer experience.
