Responsibilities

• Own lending process improvements, enhancements and initiatives.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of enhancements and automation.
• Coordinate with Lending Operations, IS, Product, Risk and Tech teams.
• Translate business problems into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead implementation planning, stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Monitor metrics to boost speed, quality, automation and customer experience.
