Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi is seeking a Financial Services Product Manager to lead product strategy for consumer lending platforms and the modernization of Tower Loan's Operating System. You will guide requirements, manage a team of Business Analysts, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Lending Leadership, and software engineers to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer lending operations across origination, servicing, and collections.
• Ability to translate complex processes into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience defining product strategies and coordinating software development.
• Knowledge of lending calculations, interest, fees, and payment processing.
• Familiarity with Agile, testing, and release management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and develop roadmaps for lending applications and the OS modernization.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts; coach and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with branch and Home Office to identify operational challenges and define requirements.
• Define system requirements across the lending lifecycle, including origination, servicing, and collections.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, architects, and developers to clarify requirements and solutions.
• Oversee testing, demonstrations, and release activities to meet objectives.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and obtain business approvals before implementation.
