Jobot is seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney specialized in Lending Finance to join our defense law team in New York. The role focuses on advising clients in commercial finance matters, handling UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, corporate structure, and lien searches.

Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills are essential. Candidate must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited school, admission to the state bar, and at least 5 years of experience in lending finance.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in lending finance.
• Admission to practice law in the state.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively.
• Strong commitment to high professional standards and client service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on lending finance matters, including UCC Article 9, title surveys, leases, and lien searches.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support decision-making and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and loan agreements.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary and present their case.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated client service.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing with updates on lending finance law.
