• 4–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience in asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, securitization and/or structured finance.
• Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Desire to focus on transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships and other esoteric asset classes.
• J.D. degree (or equivalent) and NY admission in good standing.
