Qualifications

• This role requires 1+ years in collections or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with skip-tracing and account review is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make 100-120 outbound calls daily to customers.
• Review account information and document collection efforts.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate and contact debtors.
• Work with customers to identify viable payment solutions.
• Assist with repo and legal processes as needed.
• Perform QA reviews of documents and procedures.
• Provide insights into A/R aging and trends.
• Strive to meet or exceed performance goals.
