Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply. A $1.00 per hour bilingual pay differential is available for team members who are fluent in both Spanish and English.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A LENDING AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position with daytime scheduling requirements and flexibility to work Saturdays as needed.

As a Lending and Customer Account Representative, you will help customers resolve past-due accounts while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Your day will involve making 100-120 outbound calls, reviewing account information, documenting collection efforts, utilizing skip-tracing tools, and working with customers to identify solutions that bring accounts current. You will also assist with repo and legal processes, perform quality assurance reviews of documents and procedures, provide insight into A/R aging, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding company performance goals.

OUR IDEAL LENDING AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

• 1+ years of experience in collections, recoveries, collections leadership, or a closely related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent interpersonal, active listening, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities

Experience in call center collections, mortgage lending, commercial lending, and/or consumer lending is strongly preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are also a plus!
