Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a Compliance leader to direct the Company’s Compliance Management System across indirect consumer lending operations. You will collaborate with senior management to set policies, develop procedures, and direct training on compliance and ethics.

You will serve as the primary contact for regulators and capital markets partners. The role requires building robust monitoring, testing, and remediation processes, leading third-party risk management, and ensuring ongoing

Qualifications

• Five or more years of direct work experience in consumer lending compliance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including board presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an effective compliance management system for state and federal requirements.
• Direct and oversee development of policies and procedures with operations teams.
• Ensure contracts, disclosures, and materials comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain state licensing filings, renewals, and reporting (NMLS as applicable).
• Lead state regulatory exams, audits, and due diligence requests; track remediation.
