Job summary

Stride Bank, N.A. is seeking a Lending Advisory Compliance Manager to lead a team ensuring the bank’s lending activities meet applicable laws and regulations. You will provide guidance, develop oversight reports, and collaborate with business partners to embed compliance across product lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years in compliance/risk, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. CRCM certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory oversight.
• CRCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities
