South Central Bank in Glasgow, KY is seeking a Lending Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance Management System through adverse action administration, lending compliance monitoring, regulatory research, and issue follow-up.

This is a full-time, on-site position at the Operations Center The analyst will collaborate with Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and Loan Servicing to embed compliance controls into lending workflows and ensure documentation meets

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of banking experience in lending compliance or loan operations.
• Working knowledge of ECOA/Regulation B and adverse action rules.
• Ability to interpret loan documentation and document monitoring findings.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Compliance Management System through adverse action administration, lending compliance monitoring, regulatory research, and follow-up on identified issues.
• Ensures lending applications and notices are documented and handled within applicable requirements.
• Collaborates across Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and Loan Servicing and Operations to embed compliance controls into lending workflows.
