This is a full-time, on-site position at the Operations Center The analyst will collaborate with Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and Loan Servicing to embed compliance controls into lending workflows and ensure documentation meets

Formación

• Minimum four years of banking experience in lending compliance or loan operations.
• Working knowledge of ECOA/Regulation B and adverse action rules.
• Ability to interpret loan documentation and document monitoring findings.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-department collaboration.

Lending Compliance Analyst- On Site

South Central Bank is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of a Full Time Lending Compliance Analyst at their Operations Center in Glasgow, KY. The Lending Compliance Analyst supports the Bank's Compliance Management System through adverse action administration, lending compliance monitoring, regulatory research, and follow-up on identified issues. The position helps ensure lending applications and notices are accurately documented and handled within applicable requirements and supports efforts to embed compliance controls into lending workflows.

The Analyst partners with Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and Loan Servicing and Operations to refine controls and ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.

The qualified candidate must possess the following:

• Four or more years of banking experience in lending compliance, loan operations, quality control, or related areas, including substantial experience with adverse action requirements.
• Working knowledge of ECOA/Regulation B, adverse action and application-processing requirements, and consumer or mortgage lending regulations.
• Ability to interpret loan documentation, evaluate regulatory controls, analyze reports, and document monitoring findings accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively across lending and operational departments while exercising independent judgment.

In addition to the minimum requirements listed above, the qualifications listed below are generally preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of lending compliance experience, including independent testing, remediation, or examination support.
• Experience with Abrigo, Byte, or comparable loan origination platforms and automated lending workflows.
• CRCM certification or other relevant compliance training or certification.
