Job summary

Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support CMS, monitor regulatory changes, and assist with BSA/AML/OFAC activities. The role also backs mortgage quality control and vendor coordination, ensuring timely documentation and review results.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in regulatory compliance or risk management, with strong research, analytical, and communication skills to help drive regulatory compliance across lending and deposits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–4 years in regulatory compliance, risk management, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, HMDA, UDAAP, E-SIGN and deposit regs.
• Understanding CMS principles and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS administration and effectiveness across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes to teams.
• Research and interpret federal/state laws affecting lending and deposits.
• Assist with regulatory change management, impact assessments, and documentation.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing; maintain policies and disclosures.
• Support BSA/AML/OFAC compliance activities and training coordination.
• Coordinate mortgage quality control reviews and vendor documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
