Job summary

RYZE Claim Solutions in the Dallas area is seeking a detail-oriented Lender Placed Claims Examiner to join our hybrid team. You will review, evaluate, and process lender placed claims for coverage, apply policy language, and support adjusters with questions to ensure timely, accurate handling.

If you are organized, a strong communicator, and eager to deepen your knowledge in mortgage insurance claims, this role offers exposure to MSB, CatTracks, TiVA, and other systems, plus a collaborative

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of claims handling or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Proficiency in Xactimate; familiarity with lender placed insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process lender placed claims for coverage and handling within statutory timeframes.
• Apply carrier policy language and lender placed guidelines to every file.
• Review reports, requests, and Proofs of Loss; provide recommendations.
• Assist adjusters with coverage questions and escalations.
• Communicate status and resolutions to clients and teams.
