Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Lender Task Administrator to partner with client and internal teams, ensuring day-to-day management of CPI/LPI and accurate billing, reporting, and notices throughout the loan servicing cycle.

The role emphasizes workflow management, issue resolution, and data analysis to support lenders and borrowers. Strong communication, quick problem-solving, and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment in South Dakota.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, to interact with multiple internal teams.
• Less than 12 months of related experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Be resourceful, assertive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated to resolve client servicing needs.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing workload.
• Be proactive and identify problems before they occur.
• Adapt to changes in workload and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit notices, certificates, premiums, images, client requests, and other day-to-day CPI/LPI management tasks.
• Manage premium collection and refunding for timeliness and accuracy.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for internal staff on CPI/LPI operations.
• Identify and manage tasks related to program impacts to client, sales, and loan servicing teams.
• Answer questions, correct errors, and resolve discrepancies; track and report issues to management.
• Track accounts to ensure timely processing and provide clear communications.
• Maintain high standards of quality; manage queues and SLA workloads.
• Other duties as assigned.
