Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to develop relationships with internal teams.
• Less than 12 months of related experience required.
• Resourceful and self-motivated to resolve client servicing needs.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit notices and certificates for CPI and LPI.
• Ensure resolution of significant issues through coordination with teams.
• Analyze loan-level indicators for product performance.
