Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lender Task Administrator in Carmel, IN to partner with client and internal teams to manage CPI/LPI workflow, ensure timely billings, and issue notices to borrowers. You will support data analysis, escalate complex issues, and maintain high service levels across lender portfolios.

The role emphasizes process accuracy, effective communication, and proactive problem solving to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate/Vocational degree preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills; able to work with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit notices, certificates, premium, and client requests for CPI/LPI.
• Manage premium collection and refunds for timeliness and accuracy.
• Serve as subject matter expert for internal employees on CPI/LPI.
• Forecast client requirements to deliver excellent service.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting client, sales, or loan servicing teams.
• Answer questions, correct errors, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain SLA-driven workloads and generate required reports.
