Qualifications

• Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, banking, or related transactional/administrative environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with lender portals, Closing Disclosure Forms, and TRID regulations is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working with multiple files and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work with lender portals and Closing Disclosure Forms and follow applicable TRID requirements.
• Inform appropriate parties of the closing date set by the lender.
• Ensure funds are receipted and disbursed in file balance.
• Request commitment revisions: revise title work as permitted.
• Assist in creating pre-CDFs.
• Process and complete all documents associated with Buy-Side transactions.
• Review lender closing instructions for critical information; communicate to the closing officer.
