• Strong drafting, negotiation, and case-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis/Westlaw to inform strategy.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlements with precision.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate case developments to clients.
• Collaborate on related litigation matters as needed.
