Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven Lemon Law and general/commercial litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws governing depositions and trial prep.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal research.
• Demonstrated drafting, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Personal injury and employment law exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases, from intake to trial.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlements, and contracts.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements aligned with client interests.
• Maintain case management records and ensure procedural compliance.
• Provide clear communication to clients on case developments.
• Collaborate on general and commercial litigation, including personal injury and employment law.
• Stay informed on evolving laws impacting related areas.
• Support firm by contributing to employment law and motion preparation.
