Qualifications

• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal research.
• Demonstrated drafting, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Personal injury experience is preferred; employment law knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
