Job summary

Fox World Travel is seeking a Vacation Travel Advisor to assist leisure travelers by planning, quoting, and booking transportation, hotels, and activities. You will build lasting client relationships and provide destination knowledge and support throughout travel arrangements.

Ideal candidates have travel sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for service. Flexible scheduling and potential for hybrid work may be offered depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leisure/vacation travel booking experience at a travel agency with sales track record.
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field preferred.
• Strong sales, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services for leisure travelers.
• Respond to travel requests for reservations in a timely, courteous manner.
• Qualify clients, determine needs and advise on destinations, transport, dates and costs.
• Support suppliers to ensure quality vacations and stay informed of rules and updates.
• Provide travelers with brochures and local information.
